They <br />are putting together a proposal for work to be done on the <br />property, <br />P•9r. Blesener has watched the water flow. Fie does not see <br />th~t much standing wa~er there. FIe is not prepared to <br />spend City money on thia project. <br />Schorn <br />Sylvan St. Mr. Schorn replacea a driveway on Sylvan Street for a <br />repair o~ a~vater leak and submitted a bill to tl~e City. <br />~1rs> Scalze introduced ~he follo~aing resolution and move~ <br />its adoptione <br />RESOLIITION NO~ 252 - AUTHORIZING TII~ FNGINCER 7'0 <br />INVI~STIGATE TIIE F3ILL ~'FOC•1 SCFIORN. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seoonded by C•4r. ~lesener <br />Ayes (3) Plesener, Scalze, LaValle <br />Nays (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Attorney <br />Sol.icitors n1r. Sweeney reported that we do not have an ordinance in <br />the City to require a license for the Citizens ~or a Better <br />Environment. Tkie ordinance only applies to persons selling <br />goods or services. They are registered caith the State of <br />NIinnesota. <br />Liquor <br />License Nir. Sweeney expl~ined the change in the State law <br />pertaining to liquor licenses. The 1aw allows the off-sale <br />liquor stores to be open on New Years Aay and Independence <br />Day. It also allows the on-sale operations to s~ay open <br />until 1000 a.m. on Sundaysa <br />t~Ir. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />F2ESOLU~'ION_.O.
