Sweeney reported that we do not have an ordinance in <br />the City to require a license for the Citizens ~or a Better <br />Environment. Tkie ordinance only applies to persons selling <br />goods or services. They are registered caith the State of <br />NIinnesota. <br />Liquor <br />License Nir. Sweeney expl~ined the change in the State law <br />pertaining to liquor licenses. The 1aw allows the off-sale <br />liquor stores to be open on New Years Aay and Independence <br />Day.
