Scalze, <br />Ayes (~) <br />Nays (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />I3arris <br />FVa~er Ordinance <br />Mr, David ~larris, Superintendent of Public Works, appeared <br />before the Council recommending two changes to the City <br />Ordinance pertaining to v~ater turn-olfs to alleviate the <br />problems we have with late ~ayments. He is proposing to change <br />tYie charge to ten c~ollars for water turn-ons and ~en dollars <br />for water turn-offs and an additional 535.00 to cover the cost <br />of manpower and equipment after normal working hours.
