This Amendment has an informal approval from <br />the Council, <br />The Council discussed the site plan with Mr. Dean Nelson <br />and the Planner. Mr. Grittman stated that lA of the 2.9 <br />parking spaces are not in compliance with the ordinance. <br />The road easement was also discussed, According to the <br />ordinance ~16 parking spaces are required, ~9rs. Scalze <br />stated that the buildings behind them could not be adc3ed <br />onto until the road ~•~as improved. Off-site parking was <br />also discussed. It would be permissible within 350 feet, <br />but would have to be paved parking. <br />Ms. Darcey Weber, who is interested in purchasing the <br />property with Mr. Nelson, explained the use of the retail <br />store and the track. The hours would overlap. <br />Action on this site plan will be tabled pending an adequate <br />parking plan. <br />The owner of the building asked what business woulc9 be <br />acceptable for his building. It was suggested that he meet <br />with Mr. Grittman. <br />valento <br />Variance P~r. Fahey opened the Public Hearing regarding the request <br />from Don Valento £or a 25 foot front setback on three lots <br />on Valento Lane due to the curve of the street, The <br />Planning Commission recommencled denial oP the request due <br />to the fact that there was no hardship involved> <br />Mr. Valento was not in attendance, <br />r9rs.
