MINUTES <br />City Council <br />August 9, 1~89 <br />RESOLUTION NO. II9-8-364 - CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />SEPTEMBGR 6, 1989 AT 7:30 P.M. TO CONSIDER 429 SONDING FOR <br />THE R~SIDENTIAL ROAD THAT IS PART OE TH~ SOOSALIS <br />DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr, rahey. <br />~yes (4) IIlesener, Fahey, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0)e <br />Resolution declared adopted> <br />Scalze suggested that the City Engineer be prepared to <br />discuss the drainage of the area on August 23rd as she knosas <br />that this is a concern of the residents in the area. <br />The City ~ngineer requested that Boosalis submit his <br />drainage plan as soon as possible. <br />Boosalis asked if he would be allowed to commence grading of <br />the site if he receives the necessary approvals on nugust <br />23rd, <br />The City Engineer stated that he saw no problems with <br />granting a grading permit for the commercial portion of the <br />site if approvals are received on August 23rd. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0, a9-8-365 - AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO <br />ISSUE THE APPROPRZATE GRADING P~RPQIT TO tdR.
