The ~nc~ineer also pointed <br />out that the City has scheduled an irnprovenent hearing on <br />the project for September G, 7.959 and there should be final <br />~nswers on the drainage plan at that time. <br />Collova asked it ~he City has the necessary dr~inac~e <br />easements do~ans~ream. <br />The City Enc~ineer replied that it does not. <br />Scalze pointed out tha~ 1 previous plan sho~aec~ a rnlrsh area <br />to the west of the nroposed residential road, >calze asked <br />F~hat this area will be iden~ifiect as. <br />The City Planner replied that that area is an outlot.
