These propezty oEVner.s could divide their lots and develop them u~henever they choose to do so, Scalze pointed out that the ~~roperty lines for i~he lots on the southern edge o£ the cul-de-sac do not l.ine up exac~ly. It was aaso pointed out ~.hat a portion of the cul-c~e-sac is on Lhe back of the Coun~y .P.oad C~~roperties, ~nd the City has no easemerzt for that ~ortion of the cul-de-sac, Fahey sugc~ested that the City ~~~i.ll need a recomracndation Page 7
