MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />September 6, 1989 <br />Boosalis stated that he just wanted to ensure that he <br />could develop his commercial development and not lose <br />money on the residential portion of the assessment. <br />Wilson asked if grading for the commercial portion of <br />the site needed approval of the Watershed before it was <br />commenced. <br />The City Enqineer suggested that no work be begun until <br />the City has the results of the Watershed's review. <br />The Engineer stated that he would contact the Watershed <br />tomorrow to determine how long their review will take. <br />Fahey stated that when the final drainage details are <br />worked out, there will be another meeting held with the <br />residents of the area to review these details, and the <br />City will notify the residents of that meeting. <br />Wilson stated that he will incorporate the events of <br />tonight's meeting into the Development Agreement <br />between the City and Mr. Boosalis. <br />VALENTO Council noted that Mr. Valento was not present to <br />VARIANCE explain his variance request, and the Council has no <br />information regarding this request. <br />Blesener suggested that if the variance request is <br />substantially different from what Valento submitted in <br />the past, that the request should go back before the <br />Planning Commission before it is presented to the <br />Council. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-9-426 - TABLING ACTION ON THE <br />VALENTO VARIANCE REQUEST PENDING FURTHER INFORMATION <br />FROM THE APPLICANT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Page 15 <br />
