MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />September 27, 1989 <br />effect the availability of both the Fire Department and <br />Sheriff's Department to other residents and businesses <br />within the City. <br />ASSESSMENTS The City Attorney submitted proposed resolutions <br />ON CITY PARK deleting assessments on City park property. <br />PROPERTY <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-9-479 - CANCELLING INSTALLMENTS OF <br />ASSESSMENTS PAYABLE IN 1981 THROUGH 1988 FOR PROPERTY <br />OWNED BY THE CITY AND IDENTIFIED AS WESTWINDS PARK <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Fahey, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-9-480 - CANCELLING THE BALANCES DUE <br />ON ASSESSMENTS IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $5,690.67 FOR <br />PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY AND IDENTIFIED AS PIONEER <br />PARK <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Fahey, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-9-481 - CANCELLING THE BALANCES DUE <br />ON ASSESSMENTS IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $14,892.00 FOR <br />PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY AND IDENTIFIED AS SPOONER <br />PARK <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Fahey, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (Oj. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PAGE 33 <br />
