MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />October 11, 1989 <br />IMP. NO. The City Engineer submitted the final estimate for Imp. <br />88-23 No. 88-23, Little Canada Elementary School parking <br />lot. The Engineer reported that the final cost is <br />approximately $5,000 below the original bid, and the <br />assessment to the School District will be adjusted <br />accordingly. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-10-508 - APPROVING THE FINAL ESTIMATE <br />FOR IMP. N0. 88-23, LITTLE CANADA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL <br />PARKING LOT AS SUBMITTED BY THE CITY ENGINEER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />TWIN LAKE The City Engineer reported that he has requested the <br />BLVD. STOP County study the intersection of Twin Lake Blvd. and <br />SIGN Twin Lake Road to determine if there is the need for a <br />4-way stop in that location. <br />SEWER AND The City Enqineer reported that many years ago when <br />WATER STUB sewer and water were installed in the Jackson Street/ <br />2875 JACKSON LaBore Road area, the Mayor in office at the time <br />requested that no stubs be installed to service the <br />northern-most property in the <br />stated that he thought these <br />assessed for the improvement, <br />Jackson Street was assessed, <br />connect to sewer and water. <br />Plumbing was contracted with <br />water stub for this address a <br />water stub, $1,225 for sewer <br />$750 for street repair. <br />area.
