MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />October 25, 1989 <br />MINUTES Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-10-514 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />OCTOBER 11, 1989 WORKSHOP MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Blesener reported that page 20, first paragraph, last <br />sentence, of the October 11th Council minutes should be <br />amended to read, "It is not the intent at this time <br />that franchise fees will be necessary for funding the <br />budget." <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-10-515 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />OCTOBER 11, 1989 REGULAR MEETING AS AMENDED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the <br />HEARING application submitted by Greg Campbell, 2881 Edgerton, <br />CAMPBELL for a conditional use permit to allow the construction <br />CUP FOR of an accessory building for storage purposes and <br />ACCESSORY hobbies. <br />GARAGE <br />Fahey pointed out that the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the CUP, however, there was <br />discussion about the objection of one of the neighbor's <br />to the proposal. <br />Page 2 <br />
