MINUTES CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 22, 1989 Screening is planned for the western edge of the site. The buildings will be one-story in height and will be 10,000 to 30,000 square feet in size. The exterior is planned to be precast concrete and decorative concrete block with glass and glazing. Frattalone asked for an explanation of the timing of the development. Robert Murray, representing Mr. Brueggemann, reported that they currently have the Gagne and Nadeau properties under contract. It will take about one to two years to complete the first two to three buildings, and the remaining phases would be developed after that time. Frattalone was concerned that it would take two to three years before her property is developed. Frattalone reported that she currently rents her property as a residential use, and asked if the City will be placing restrictions on the use of her land, asking if it could be rented to a business. Blesener pointed out that Frattalone could continue to use her property as it is currently being use. Any questions as to renting the property to a business, would be best directed to the City Planner. Fahey asked if access for the future development of the Fasciana property would be provided via Country Drive. Murray replied that an ingress/egress easement would be provided for any future development that might occur on the Fasciana property to keep commercial traffic on Country Drive. Blesener pointed out that these details would be looked at more thoroughly as development plans are presented for the various buildings. Scalze pointed out that the subdivision will need to be reviewed by the Park Commission so that they can address the issue of a park charge on the property. There was no one else from the general public present wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by Blesener, the public hearing was closed. Page 3
