MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 22, 1989 <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-11-563 - APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT PROPOSAL SUBMITTED BY LOREN <br />BRUEGGEMANN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SIX OFFICE/SHOWROOM <br />BUILDINGS ENCOMPASSING APPROXIMATELY 10 ACRES ALONG <br />COUNTRY DRIVE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. <br />Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-11-564 - APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION OF <br />THE GAGNE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF <br />COUNTRY DRIVE AND NADEAU ROAD INTO TWO LOTS AS <br />PRESENTED BY MR. LOREN BRUEGGEMANN SUBJECT TO THE <br />APPROPRIATE PARK CHARGE AND SUBJECT TO THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS <br />REPORT DATED NOVEMBER 7, 1989 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. <br />Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Collova, LaValle, Blesener. <br />Nays (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Scalze explained to Mrs. Frattalone that it is <br />necessary to generate tax increment financing money on <br />the first office/showroom buildings in order to use <br />this increment to assist in the cost of demolition of <br />existing buildings on the properties proposed as later <br />phases. <br />PUBLIC The Mayor opened the public hearing to consider the <br />HEARING application for conditional use permit submitted by <br />CUP Scott Wesch, Wescot Construction, for construction of <br />wESCOT modular buildings for outdoor advertising display <br />CONSTRUCTION purposes at 85 East County Road B. <br />Page 4 <br />
