MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />December 27, 1989 <br />ATTORNEY'S Council reviewed the proposed City Attorney retainer <br />RETAINER agreement for 1990. <br />AGREEMENT <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. H9-12-626 - APPROVING THE CITY <br />ATTORNEY'S RETAINER AGREEMENT FOR 1990 AS SUBMITTED AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN <br />THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Fahey, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />ELECTRICAL The City Attorney submitted revisions to the City's <br />ORDINANCE electrical ordinance dealing with fee schedule <br />establishment. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 326 - AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 305 TO <br />THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />RELATING TO ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS AND INSPECTIONS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PARK CHARGE The City Attorney responded to an earlier question <br />regarding the park charge for subdivision of large <br />pieces of property. The Attorney reported that the <br />Ordinance requires a park charge for subdivisions of <br />residential property under 25 acres in size and <br />commercial/industrial property under 5 acres. <br />Therefore, in the case of the School District's <br />subdivision of the Capital View site, the acreage <br />minimums would not apply. <br />FRATTALONE The City Planner requested that discussion of the <br />RECYCLING Frattalone recycling center be delayed until the <br />CENTER January 24th City Council meeting. <br />Page 24 <br />
