MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />December 27, 1989 <br />Fahey commented that the City will respect the wishes <br />of those property owners who do not want to sell their <br />property. <br />GAMBLING The City Administrator reported that <br />LICENSE Society has submitted the appropriat <br />RENEwAL renewal of their gambling license to <br />ST. JOSEPH'S the Venetian Inn. <br />SOCIETY <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following <br />moved its adoption: <br />St. Joseph's <br />s forms requesting <br />sell pull-tabs at <br />resolution and <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-12-613 - APPROVING THE APPLICATION <br />FOR RENEWAL OF GAMBLING LICENSE FOR ST. JOSEPH'S <br />SOCIETY FOR CHARITY TO SELL PULL TABS AT THE VENETIAN <br />INN <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />FINAL PLAT & Mr. Nick Boosalis appeared before the Council <br />DEVELOPMENT requesting final plat and development agreement <br />AGREEMENT approval for Centre Place. <br />CENTRE PLACE <br />The City Planner submitted a memo dated December 27, <br />1989 outlining a number of unresolved items relating to <br />the project. The City Planner recommended that <br />approval of the final plat be tabled until these items <br />are resolved. <br />Fahey pointed out the concerns raised in the Planner's <br />report dated December 11th. <br />The City Administrator replied that most of those <br />concerns were addressed at the last Council meeting. <br />Boosalis reported that he just received a copy of the <br />Planner's report this evening, and had not had an <br />opportunity to review it. <br />Fahey felt that the staff's recommendation should be <br />followed, and action on the final plat tabled until the <br />January 10th Council meeting. Fahey asked the status <br />of the development agreement. <br />The City Attorney replied that the development <br />Page 5 <br />
