MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />January 10, 1990 <br />Nick Boosalis, the developer, reported that he is <br />proposing a model home at the north end of the <br />north/south street. <br />Fahey asked if the final plat has resolved the landlock <br />issues raised earlier. <br />Blesener replied that it did. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-1-5 - APPROVING THE CENTRE PLACE <br />FINAL PLAT AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Engineer recommended that the fill permit not <br />be issued until he has reviewed and approved the <br />grading plans. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-1-6 - AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF THE <br />FILL PERMIT REQUESTED BY NICK BOOSALIS FOR CENTRE PLACE <br />AFTER REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF GRADING PLANS BY THE CITY <br />ENGINEER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0), <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Council discussed the issuance of a building permit for <br />the model home. <br />Boosalis pointed out that the street improvement is a <br />City project and asked the timing for installation of <br />the street after the roadway has been graded and gravel <br />base installed. <br />The City Engineer reviewed his letter dated December 8, <br />1989 estimating the cost of grading and installation of <br />gravel base at $46,700, with the City's share to be 350 <br />Page 8 <br />
