MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />January 24, 1990 <br />COMPREHENSIVE The City Planner submitted a report dated January 9, <br />PLAN 1990 indicating that a Comprehensive Plan amendment <br />AMENDMENT is not necessary to reflect the rezonings of 73, 77, <br />83, and 89 W. County Road C from B-3 to R-1 since that <br />rezoning already accomplished and goals and policies of <br />the Comprehensive Plan as it exists. <br />Fahey indicated that based on the report of the City <br />Planner, no action is necessary in this matter. <br />There was no one present from the general public <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by Scalze, the public <br />hearinq was closed. <br />NoRTH Mr. Phillip Morem appeared before the Council <br />PROPERTY representinq Deborah North in her request to subdivide <br />DIVISION her property at 55 E. County Road C into two lots. <br />Morem reported that North was willing to comply with <br />the recommendations of the City Planner as contained in <br />his report dated January 8, 1990 with regard to the <br />property division, most specifically changing the <br />location of the property line. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-1-35 - APPROVING THE DIVISION OF 55 <br />E. COUNTY ROAD C INTO TWO LOTS AS REQUESTED BY DEBORAH <br />G. NORTH SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED <br />JANUARY 8, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Collova, Fahey, LaValle, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />RENEWAL OF Fahey pointed out that Servants of Mary has made <br />PULL TAB application for renewal of their gambling license to <br />LICENSES sell pull tabs at Brady's, while St. Joseph's Society <br />SERVANTS OF has made application for renewal of their license to <br />MARY & sell pull tabs at Gordies. <br />ST. JOSEPH'S <br />SOCIETY Fahey reported that he has read some recent newspaper <br />articles and heard some radio reports on abuses of pull <br />Page 9 <br />
