MINUTES CITY COUNCIL January 24, 1990 COMPREHENSIVE The City Planner submitted a report dated January 9, PLAN 1990 indicating that a Comprehensive Plan amendment AMENDMENT is not necessary to reflect the rezonings of 73, 77, 83, and 89 W. County Road C from B-3 to R-1 since that rezoning already accomplished and goals and policies of the Comprehensive Plan as it exists. Fahey indicated that based on the report of the City Planner, no action is necessary in this matter. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by Scalze, the public hearinq was closed. NoRTH Mr. Phillip Morem appeared before the Council PROPERTY representinq Deborah North in her request to subdivide DIVISION her property at 55 E. County Road C into two lots. Morem reported that North was willing to comply with the recommendations of the City Planner as contained in his report dated January 8, 1990 with regard to the property division, most specifically changing the location of the property line. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-1-35 - APPROVING THE DIVISION OF 55 E. COUNTY ROAD C INTO TWO LOTS AS REQUESTED BY DEBORAH G. NORTH SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED JANUARY 8, 1990 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Collova. Ayes (5) Scalze, Collova, Fahey, LaValle, Blesener. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. RENEWAL OF Fahey pointed out that Servants of Mary has made PULL TAB application for renewal of their gambling license to LICENSES sell pull tabs at Brady's, while St. Joseph's Society SERVANTS OF has made application for renewal of their license to MARY & sell pull tabs at Gordies.
