MINUTES <br />City Council <br />February 28, 1990 <br />PUBLIC Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the <br />HEARING application submitted by Brad & Annette xowe for a <br />CUP TO MOVE Conditional Use Permit to move an existing brick <br />HoU5E rambler home onto an existing single-family residential <br />BRAD HOWE lot at 990 County Road D. The Planning Commission has <br />recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit as <br />did the City Planner and Building Inspector subject to <br />compliance with the recommendations as contained in <br />their reports. <br />There was no one present from the general public <br />wishing to comment on this proposal. <br />It was noted that the home the Howe's wish to move into <br />the City was previously located adjacent to Pavilion <br />Place. Blesener commented that he has seen these <br />homes, and felt the home would blend nicely into the <br />existing County Road D neighborhood. <br />Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by Scalze, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoptionc <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-2-98 - APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR BRAD AND ANNETTE HOWE TO MOVE AN EXISTING <br />RAMBLER-TYPE HOUSE ONTO THE EXISTING SINGLE-FAMILY LOT <br />AT 990 COUNTY ROAD D SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AND BUILDING <br />INSPECTOR AS CONTAINED IN THEIR REPORTS RELATIVE TO <br />THIS MATTER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0)e <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />MARKET PLACE Fahey reviewed the City Administrator's report dated <br />SEWER & February 23, 1990 regarding the need for City easements <br />WATER MAINS for the sewer and water mains in the Market Place <br />property. The Administrator points out in his report <br />that there are other private properties connected to <br />this private system which is also tied into the City's <br />system in two locations. The Administrator feels it is <br />necessary that the City control the system due to the <br />effect there could be on the City's system as well as <br />adjacent properties. <br />Page 10 <br />
