MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />March 28, 1990 <br />There was no one else from the general public wishing <br />to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Scalze, seconded by Blesener, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-3-147 - APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR <br />AMENDMENT TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A SECOND PHASE BUILDING AS SUBMITTED BY <br />ST. JUDE MEDICAL BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED <br />MARCH 5, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />HOUSE MOVING The Council reviewed the bids received for disposition <br />BIDS of the homes located at 2714 Centerville Road, 311 <br />Little Canada Road and 327 Little Canada Road in <br />connection with the new Fire Station site. The City <br />Administrator reported that the City has reserved the <br />right to award the bids in the City's best interests. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-3-148 - ACCEPTING THE BID OF PRODGER <br />HOUSEMOVERS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,600.00 FOR THE HOUSE <br />LOCATED AT 311 LITTLE CANADA ROAD, AND THE BID OF <br />OTTING HOUSEMOVERS IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,200.00 FOR THE <br />HOUSE LOCATED AT 327 LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by 5calze. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator reported that he has discussed <br />the house located at 2714 Centerville Road with the <br />housemovers and asked if the Council was willing to <br />sell this house at a nominal charge or if it would <br />prefer that the house be used by the Fire Department in <br />an exercise. <br />Page 16 <br />
