MINUTES CITY COUNCIL March 28, 1990 There was no one else from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Scalze, seconded by Blesener, the public hearing was closed. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-3-147 - APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SECOND PHASE BUILDING AS SUBMITTED BY ST. JUDE MEDICAL BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED MARCH 5, 1990 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. HOUSE MOVING The Council reviewed the bids received for disposition BIDS of the homes located at 2714 Centerville Road, 311 Little Canada Road and 327 Little Canada Road in connection with the new Fire Station site. The City Administrator reported that the City has reserved the right to award the bids in the City's best interests. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-3-148 - ACCEPTING THE BID OF PRODGER HOUSEMOVERS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,600.00 FOR THE HOUSE LOCATED AT 311 LITTLE CANADA ROAD, AND THE BID OF OTTING HOUSEMOVERS IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,200.00 FOR THE HOUSE LOCATED AT 327 LITTLE CANADA ROAD The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by 5calze. Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. The City Administrator reported that he has discussed the house located at 2714 Centerville Road with the housemovers and asked if the Council was willing to sell this house at a nominal charge or if it would prefer that the house be used by the Fire Department in an exercise.
