MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />March 28, 1990 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-3-151 - AUTAORIZING THE ACQUISITION <br />OF THE EASEMENTS NECESSARY FOR LOOPING OF THE WATERMAIN <br />TO SYLVAN STREET AS PART OF IMPROVEMENT NO. 89-16 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, Fahey, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />LANDSCAPING The City Planner suggested that the proposed <br />ORDINANCE landscaping ordinance be submitted to the Planning <br />Commission for their review and comment at their April <br />meeting. <br />RECESS At this point in the meeting, 9:26 P.M., Council took a <br />short recess. The meeting was reconvened at 9:35 P.M. <br />COMPUTER The City Administrator reported that the correspondence <br />SYSTEM in the agenda packets on the City's computer system is <br />MODIFICATION for Council information at this time. <br />EXCESS FILL The Council reviewed the City Administrator's report <br />FROM COUNTRY dated March 23, 1990 regarding excess fill from the <br />DR. PROJECT Country Drive project and its possible uses. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-3-152 - INSTRUCTING THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO WORK WITH THE CITY ENGINEER TO HAVE A <br />CUT AND FILL ANALYSIS OF THE FIRE STATION SITE <br />COMPLETED AS WELL AS DISCUSS THE SITUATION WITH THE <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR THEIR INPUT AND DETERMINE FROM TAE <br />ARCHITECT THE ANTICIPATED TIMELINE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br />THE NEW FIRE STATION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Scalze suggested that the Administrator also discuss <br />with Bill Sanders the possible need for fill in Pioneer <br />Park and whether or not that fill could be stored <br />somewhere within the park property.
