MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />March 28, 1990 <br />suggested that the Park Commission look at the <br />development timeframe for Gervais Mill Park and if any <br />of the fill could be used in that area. <br />The City Administrator agreed to discuss the need for <br />fill in both park areas with Bill Sanders. <br />Scalze suggested that Gervais Mill Park be placed on <br />the next Park Commission agenda for discussion. <br />ECONOMIC Fahey reported that there is a business considering <br />DEVELOPMENT the City for development of a multi-million dollar <br />project. Fahey reported that this firm would like to <br />meet with representatives of the City, and a meeting <br />has been scheduled for 8 A.M. on Friday morning with <br />the firm, Pat Pelstring, the City Administrator and the <br />Mayor. Fahey asked if any other Councilmember was <br />interested in attending. <br />Scalze reported that she would attend. <br />UTILITY BOX Council reviewed the report of the Public Works <br />PURCHASE Superintendent dated March 28, 1990 recommending the <br />purchase of a utility box for the 1990 Chevy pickup <br />truck. Two quotations were received, and the low quote <br />was from ABM in the amount of $3,974.00. The <br />Superintendent also recommends that the existing truck <br />box be sold on a best-offer basis. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the followinq resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RE50LUTION N0. 90-3-153 - AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A <br />UTILITY BOX FOR THE 1990 CHEVY PICKUP TRUCK FROM ABM IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $3,974.00 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, Fahey, Collova. <br />Nays (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-3-154 - AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THE <br />TRUCK BOX FROM THE 1990 CHEVY PICKUP TRUCK ON A BEST <br />OFFER BASIS <br />Page 21 <br />
