MINUTES CITY COUNCIL March 28, 1990 RESOLUTION NO. 90-3-138 - APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW FUEL STATION AND CAR WASH SUBMITTED BY KATH BROS. FUEL OIL COMPANY SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS AS CONTAINED IN THE CITY PLANNER'S REPORT DATED MARCH 5, 1990 IN ADDITION TO CITY PLANNER'S APPROVAL OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE AREA, SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE CITY ENGINEER~ AND SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF SETBACKS AND CURB CUTS BY THE CITY ENGINEER AND/OR CITY STAFF The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, Scalze. Nays (o). Resolution declared adopted. GANZEL FILL Council reviewed the application for fill permit PERMIT submitted by Mr. and Mrs. Ganzel for the property located at 2795 Lakeside Court. The City Engineer reported that he has reviewed the documents submitted in conjunction with the fill permit application, including the letters from the DNR, Watershed, and Army Corps of Engineers, and find them to be acceptable. The Engineer reported that the Ganzel's have agreed to an extension of an easement through their property and have signed the easement agreements with the City. The Engineer reported that he has submitted a letter to the City Administrator recommending approval of the Ganzel fill permit application. Fahey asked if the engineering staff will monitor placement of the fill, The Engineer replied that there is a plan that will be followed in conjunction with placement of the fill. Collova pointed out that weight restrictions are on City roads. The City Engineer replied that filling will have to wait until the road restrictions are lifted.
