MINUTES CITY COUNCIL April 11, 1990 Blesener reported that it was the concensus of the building committee that the budgeted funds should be put into the City Center structure, and that minimal work should be done to the parking lot and existing furniture be made use of. These items can be addressed at a later date when there is more funding available. Mickelberg reported that the committee has discussed signage for the City Center that would include some sort of inessage board. Blesener stated that he liked the City Center proposal, but thought that the entry to the public restroom area needed to be addressed since it is somewhat closed off. Mickelberg reported that he will address this issue with the City's Building Inspector. Scalze reported that plans of the proposed City Center expansion and the new fire station will be available at the City Center for review by the general public, GAMBLING Council reviewed the application for Class A gambling LICENSE license renewal submitted by the Lake Owasso Residence LAKE OWASSO Volunteer Council. VOLUNTEER COUNCIL Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 90-4-165 - APPROVING THE CLASS A GAMBLING LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY TAE LAKE OWASSO RESIDENCE VOLUNTEER COUNCIL FOR THE LICENSE PERIOD JULY l, 1990 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1991 SUBJECT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF TAE CITY'S RECENTLY ADOPTED TRADE ORDINANCE AND BASED ON THE FACT THAT COUNCIL HAS REVIEWED THE APPLICATION FORM AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS AND FINDS THEM TO BE IN ORDER The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) LaValle, Blesener, Scalze, Collova. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted.
