MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />April 11, 1990 <br />Blesener reported that it was the concensus of the <br />building committee that the budgeted funds should be <br />put into the City Center structure, and that minimal <br />work should be done to the parking lot and existing <br />furniture be made use of. These items can be addressed <br />at a later date when there is more funding available. <br />Mickelberg reported that the committee has discussed <br />signage for the City Center that would include some <br />sort of inessage board. <br />Blesener stated that he liked the City Center proposal, <br />but thought that the entry to the public restroom area <br />needed to be addressed since it is somewhat closed <br />off. <br />Mickelberg reported that he will address this issue <br />with the City's Building Inspector. <br />Scalze reported that plans of the proposed City Center <br />expansion and the new fire station will be available at <br />the City Center for review by the general public, <br />GAMBLING Council reviewed the application for Class A gambling <br />LICENSE license renewal submitted by the Lake Owasso Residence <br />LAKE OWASSO Volunteer Council. <br />VOLUNTEER <br />COUNCIL Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-4-165 - APPROVING THE CLASS A <br />GAMBLING LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY TAE <br />LAKE OWASSO RESIDENCE VOLUNTEER COUNCIL FOR THE LICENSE <br />PERIOD JULY l, 1990 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1991 SUBJECT TO <br />THE REQUIREMENTS OF TAE CITY'S RECENTLY ADOPTED TRADE <br />ORDINANCE AND BASED ON THE FACT THAT COUNCIL HAS <br />REVIEWED THE APPLICATION FORM AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS <br />AND FINDS THEM TO BE IN ORDER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Blesener, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />GAMBLING Council <br />LICENSE license <br />NORTH Associa <br />SUBURBAN pending <br />YOUTH ASSOC. <br />reviewed the application for Class A gambling <br />renewal submitted by the North Suburban Youth <br />tion.
