MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
April 11, 1990
Socha reported that he has contacted the Army Corps of
Engineers regarding his proposal, and they have
indicated that they would like to inspect the site,
although they do not anticipate a problem. A letter
will be coming from the Corps after their inspection is
completed.
Scalze pointed out that the City Engineer has
recommended approval of the filling provided that any
approvals required from the DNR, Watershed and Army
Corps of Engineers are obtained.
Scalze asked how the filling would impact the property
to the north.
Socha pointed out that his property drains to the east,
therefore the filling will not effect the property to
the north,
Blesener asked if the sketch plans submitted were
acceptable to City staff.
The City Administrator replied that the Building
Inspector will review the plans and determine if they
are acceptable.
Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 90-4-170 - APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR
FILL PERMIT SUBMITTED BY MR.
