MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 25, 1990 <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-4-202 - APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />MID OAKS ADDITION AS SUBMITTED BY RONALD PALMEN SUBJECT <br />TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED <br />IN HIS REPORT DATED MARCH 29, 1990 AND BASED ON THE <br />FACT THAT THIS SAME REQUEST WAS PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED AND <br />APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PALMEN FILL Mr. Ron Palmen requested an extension of his fill <br />PERMIT permit for his property located along Viking Drive and <br />McMenemy. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-4-203 - APPROVING A ONE YEAR <br />EXTENSION OF THE PALMEN FILL PERMIT SUBJECT TO REVIEW <br />AND APPROVAL BY CITY STAFF AND THE CITY ENGINEER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Scalze. <br />Nays (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />THEIS Fahey noted the application received from Tom Theis <br />SUBDIVISION for subdivision of his property at 644 East County Road <br />D into two lots. Fahey reported that the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the request. It was <br />also noted by the Council that the subdivision was <br />previously approved by Council, however, approval <br />lapsed since the applicant had not recorded the <br />subdivision with the County during the required time <br />limit. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />Page 6 <br />
