MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />May 9, 1990 <br />TIF POLICY It was the concensus of the Council to table discussion <br />on the City's TIF policy until the May 23rd Council <br />meeting. <br />FIRE Collova reported that the Building Inspector gave him <br />INSPECTIONS a copy of the Uniform Fire Code Check List that is used <br />for fire inspections. Collova reported that copies are <br />available for the Council if they so desire. <br />REC. ASSOC. Council noted that the City is in receipt of a donation <br />DONATION from the Little Canada Recreation Association in the <br />PIONEER PARK amount of $216,666 for construction of the recreation <br />BUILDING building in Pioneer Park. <br />Mayor Fahey expressed his appreciation on behalf of the <br />City to the Recreation Association for their generous <br />donation. <br />LEAGUE OF Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />CITIES ANNUAL its adoption: <br />CONFERENCE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-5-239 - APPROVING THE ATTENDANCE OF <br />BILL BLESENER, JIM LAVALLE AND JOEL HANSON AT THE <br />LEAGUE OF MINNESOTA CITIES ANNUAL CONFERENCE, JUNE <br />12-15, 1990, AS WELL AS PAYMENT OF THE APPROPRIATE <br />REGISTRATION FEES AND LODGING EXPENSES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />JUNE MEETING Mr. LaValle introduced the followinq resolution and <br />DATE CHANGE moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-5-240 - CHANGING TAE DATE OF THE <br />FIRST COUNCIL MEETING IN JUNE FROM WEDNESDAY, JUNE 13, <br />1990 TO TUESDAY, JUNE 12, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Fahey, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Page 17 <br />
