MINUTES
WORKSHOP MEETING
May 9, 1990
However, Fahey agreed that the City has not been
aggressive enough on code enforcement.
Blesener pointed out that the businesses in Ryan
Industrial Park are low-overhead businesses, and there
has been a tendency for these businesses to park junk
vehicles on the property.
Fahey suggested that the Planning Commission might want
to discuss the area of code enforcement and make a
recommendation on what direction should be given to the
Building Inspector.
Drabik felt that a good time for the Building Inspector
to have looked for violations was early spring before
the leaves were on the trees.
