MINUTES CITY COUNCIL May 23, 1990 Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-5-250 - APPROVING THE KROISS SUBDIVISION REQUEST AS PRESENTED SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF TAE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED APRIL 30, 1990 WITH THE APPROVAL CONTINGENT UPON APPROVAL BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION AT THEIR JUNE 14, 1990 MEETING SUBJECT TO ANY ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION MIGHT IMPOSE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Collova. Ayes (5) Fahey, Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Blesener. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. It was noted that should the Planning Commission deny the subdivision request, the matter would come back to the Council at their June 27th meeting. RAIOLO The Council reviewed the applicati~ SUBDIVISION Stephen and Mary Raiolo as well as Engebretson for subdivision of the at 154 East County Road C which is East Rose Place and attaching that Lakeshore Avenue. ~n submitted by A. R. and Juanita portion of property located south of piece to 2601 Blesener questioned the need for a survey of the property. The City Planner pointed out that a survey might be necessary to establish a legal description for the piece of property located south of East Rose Place so that the plat can be filed. Fahey suggested that the City Attorney determine what is needed to record the subdivision, and if a survey is not needed then it should not be required. There was no one present from the general public wishinq to comment on this matter. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 90-5-251 - APPROVING THE RAIOLO/ENGEBRETSON SUBDIVISION REQUEST AS SUBMITTED SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED APRIL 30, 1990, SUBJECT Page 3
