MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 27, 1990 <br />Blesener asked if it made sense to increase the size of <br />Tract B since it will lose 25 feet for the road <br />easement necessary for Leeward Way. <br />Kush replied that he would like to keep both lots the <br />same size so that they would be of equal value. <br />Upon motion by Scalze, seconded by Blesener, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Mrs. 5calze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-6-297 - APPROVING THE DIVISION OF THE <br />STEVEN KUSH PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3033 ARCADE STREET INTO <br />THREE LOTS SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS <br />REPORT DATED JUNE 8, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />STEWART Council noted that the Planning Commission tabled <br />PROPERTY action on the Stewart property division request pending <br />DIVISION additional information from the applicant. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-6-298 - CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE STEWART PROPERTY DIVISION AND VARIANCE REQUEST <br />UNTIL THE JULY 25, 1990 COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />ST. JOHN'S Council reviewed the request of St. John's Church to <br />CHURCH divide their property on the north side of Little <br />Canada Road into two lots. The Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the property division. <br />Page 6 <br />
