MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 27, 1990 Kettic reported that it would be very expensive to final plat each tract separately. The City Planner reported that his concern would be that a prospective buyer is aware that the garage and shed would not be allowed to remain. Blesener suggested that the City could set the condition for removal of the garage and shed within one year and require that Mrs. Mostad post a bond coverinq the cost of removal should she fail to meet this requirement. Council discussed the fact that the Mostad driveway runs across some of the proposed lots. Kettic indicated that it would be the applicant's intent to locate a new driveway across Tract B, which. is the tract on which the existing house would be located. There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by 5calze, seconded by Collova, the publio hearing was closed. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-6-300 - APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF THE MOSTAD PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2720 NOEL DRIVE AS SUBMITTED SUBJECT TO REVIEW OF TAE PLAT BY THE PARK COMMISSION FOR THEIR RECOMMENDATION AS TO PARK CHARGE OR DEDICATION, WITH TAE PLAT TO COME BACK TO THE CITY COUNCIL IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS IN THIS AREA, AND SUBJECT TO THE RECONIMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED JUNE 11, 1990 AND SUBJECT TO SUBMISSION OF A BOND BY TAE APPLICANT TO COVER REMOVAL OF THE SHED AND GARAGE, THE BOND AMOUNT TO BE ESTABLISHED BASED ON THE BUILDING INSPECTOR'S ESTIMATE FOR THE COST OF SUCH REMOVAL The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Fahey, LaValle. Nays (o). Resolution declared adopted.
