MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
JULY 25, 1990
Mr. Anderson reported that he was willing to construct
the fence along the western property line, and would
eliminate the gravel parking lot. If he finds the
parking lot is needed at a later date, he would come in
and apply for a permit to improve it.
Fahey asked the neighbors how they felt about a solid
fence along the western property line with no access in
the fence.
Dorn asked that should Poolside decide to again use the
gravel parking area, that they first appear before the
Council and obtain the necessary permits to do so.
There was no one else from the general public present
wishing to comment on this matter.
Upon motion by Scalze, seconded by Blesener, the public
hearing was closed.
Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-7-346 - APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR SALES DISPLAYS AT 121 EAST COUNTY
ROAD C FOR POOLSIDE SUBJECT TO A FENCE BEING
CONSTRUCTED ALONG THE WESTERN RPOPERTY LINE FROM THE
PARKING LOT ON THE NORTH TO JACKSON STREET ON THE SOUTH
WITH NO ACCESS POINTS WITHIN THE FENCE, CONDITIONED
UPON COMPLIANCE WITA THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY
PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED JULY 10, 1990,
CONDITIONED THAT THE FENCE BE CONSTRUCTED WITHIN 30
DAYS AND THAT GENERAL CLEAN-UP OF THE PROPERTY OCCUR,
AS WELL AS REQUIRING POOLSIDE TO APPLY FOR A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE IF THEY
DESIRE TO CONTINUE THIS STORAGE
The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Blesener.
Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, LaValle, Fahey, Collova.
Nays (0).
Resolution declared adopted.
VARIANCE Fahey opened the public hearing to consider an
FOR HORSESHOE application for variance to allow horseshoe driveway
DRIVEWAY & with two curb cuts at 626 East County Road B-2
TWO CURB CUTS submitted by Charles and Mary Ann Vermeersch.
