MINUTE5 <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 25, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes"(5) Scalze, Fahey, Blesener, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PIONEER PARK Scalze reported that the split rail fence along <br />Centerville Road in Pioneer Park has been installed as <br />well as landscaping. <br />Fahey suggested that Mr. Wallin, who has a tree farm <br />and has donated trees to the City in the past, be <br />contacted about a possible tree donation for Pioneer <br />Park. <br />Scalze reported that there are two change-orders for <br />the Pioneer Park building. The first is a deduct of <br />$65.25 for a change in doors. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-7-357 - APPROVING CHANGE ORDER N0. 1 <br />FOR DOORS IN THE PIONEER PARK RECREATION BUILDING AT A <br />DEDUCT OF $65.25 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Blesener, Fahey,.Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />The second change order is for soil correction work <br />around the recreation building at a cost of $1,982.88. <br />The City Administrator reported that the additional <br />costs would be the responsibility of the City. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-7-358 - APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 <br />FOR SOIL CORRECTION WORK AROUND THE PIONEER PARK <br />RECREATION BUILDING AT A COST OF $1,952.88 <br />The foreqoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Fahey, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Page 28 <br />
