MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 24, 1990 <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-10-487 - DENYING THE VARIANCE FOR <br />BUILDING TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM 30% ACCESSORY BUILDING <br />SIZE AS REQUESTED BY JERRY CARLE, GROUNDSKEEPER, BASED <br />ON THE DETERMINATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION THAT NO <br />AARDSHIP EXISTS TO WARRANT GRANTING THE VARIANCE AND <br />THE DETERMINATION THAT THE REQUEST DOES NOT MEET THE <br />REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO WARRANT GRANTING A VARIANCE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (o). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONDITIONAL Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the <br />USE PERMIT - application submitted by Annette C. Petty, 763 <br />PETTY Keller Parkway, for a second garage structure in an R-1 <br />District. Fahey noted that the Planning Commission has <br />recommended approval of the conditional use permit <br />subject to removal of the exist'ing shed. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Scalze, seconded by Fahey, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-10-488 - APPROVING TAE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT REQUESTED BY ANNETTE C. PETTY, 763 KELLER <br />PARKWAY, FOR SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE IN AN R-1 DISTRICT <br />BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />AND SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER <br />AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED OCTOBER 8, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />LOT SPLIT Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the <br />& VARIANCE - application for lot split and variance to allow <br />MURPHY a lot without frontage on an improved public street <br />submitted by Timothy R. Murphy for the property located <br />at 743 East County Road B-2. Fahey noted that the <br />Planning Commission has recommended in favor of the <br />Page 13 <br />
