MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 28, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-528 - APPROVING CONCEPT STAGE PUD <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 235,000 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE <br />BUILDINGS WITH A FIRST PHASE OF 50,000 SQUARE FEET AS <br />PROPOSED AND PRESENTED IN CONCEPT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-529 - INSTRUCTING <br />AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO PROCEED WITH <br />INCREMENT FINANCING APPLICATION UPON R <br />BACHMEIER CORPORATION FOR THE PROPERTY <br />COUNTY ROAD B SUBJECT TO COLLECTION OF <br />DEPOSITS <br />THE CITY PLANNER <br />PROCESSING A TAX <br />~CEIPT FROM <br />AT 177 WEST <br />THE APPROPRIATE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />SLUMBERLAND Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the <br />PUD FOR ZERO application submitted by Slumberland for a PUD for <br />LOT LINE a zero lot line subdivision. It was noted that the <br />SUBDIVISION City Planner and Planning Commission have recommended <br />approval. <br />Blesener pointed out that the applicant has indicated <br />that the zero lot line subdivision is necessary for <br />financing of the Slumberland addition. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by LaValle, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-530 - APPROVING THE PUD TO ALLOW <br />Page 13 <br />
