MINUTES CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 28, 1990 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-528 - APPROVING CONCEPT STAGE PUD FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 235,000 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE BUILDINGS WITH A FIRST PHASE OF 50,000 SQUARE FEET AS PROPOSED AND PRESENTED IN CONCEPT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-529 - INSTRUCTING AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO PROCEED WITH INCREMENT FINANCING APPLICATION UPON R BACHMEIER CORPORATION FOR THE PROPERTY COUNTY ROAD B SUBJECT TO COLLECTION OF DEPOSITS THE CITY PLANNER PROCESSING A TAX ~CEIPT FROM AT 177 WEST THE APPROPRIATE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. SLUMBERLAND Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the PUD FOR ZERO application submitted by Slumberland for a PUD for LOT LINE a zero lot line subdivision. It was noted that the SUBDIVISION City Planner and Planning Commission have recommended approval. Blesener pointed out that the applicant has indicated that the zero lot line subdivision is necessary for financing of the Slumberland addition. There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was closed.
