MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 28, 1990 <br />ZERO LOT LINE SUBDIVISION OF THE SLUMBERLAND PROPERTY <br />SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS <br />CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED NOVEMBER 6, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-531 - RATIFYING THE LETTER OF THE <br />MAYOR REGARDING THE SLUMBERLAND ZERO LOT LINE DIVISION <br />DATED NOVEMBER 5, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, LaValle, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />MOSTAD Council reviewed the request for six-month extension <br />PLAT for recording the Mostad plat. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-532 - APPROVING A SIX-MONTH <br />EXTENSION FOR FILING AND RECORDING OF THE MOSTAD PLAT <br />AS REQUESTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />STRECKER Council reviewed the request of Edward and Sara Jane <br />PROPERTY Strecker for extension for filing and recording the <br />DIVISION division of their property at 329 Savage Lane. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-11-533 - APPROVING A SIX-MONTH <br />EXTENSION FOR FILING AND RECORDING THE DIVISION OF 329 <br />SAVAGE LANE AS REQUESTED BY EDWARD AND SARA JANE <br />STRECKER <br />Page 14 <br />
