MINUTES CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 28, 1990 RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-535 - APPROVING THE PAY-OFF OF SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT OVERTIME AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR AT AN ESTIMATED COST OF $9,500.00 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) LaValle, Blesener, Fahey, Collova. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. PLAQUE FoR Fahey noted that it is customary to put up plaques on FIRE STATION public buildings, and suggested that the Building & CITY CENTER Committees, City Council and charities involved in the projects be recognized for their involvement. LaValle suggested that he look at some recent public buildinq projects and come back with a recommendation at the next Council meeting. GRAND PRE' Council reviewed the Agreement between the City and Bellaire Properties, Inc. for the retrofitting of the Grand Pre' Apartments with a sprinkler system. The City Administrator reported that it is staff's recommendation that the agreement be accepted. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-536 - APPROVING THE RETROFITTING AGREEMENT FOR THE GRAND PRE~ APARTMENTS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY BASED ON THE LETTER RECEIVED FROM BELLAIRE PROPERTIES, INC. DATED NOVEMBER 19, 1990 TO THE CITY'S BUILDING INSPECTOR The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. Ayes (4) Blesener, Fahey, Collova, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. DECEMBER It was the consensus of the Council to hold its MEETING second meeting in December as regularly scheduled. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-537 - DECLARING THAT THE MEETING AT 7:30 IN DECEMBER WILL BE HELD AS REGULARLY P.M.
