MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 9, 1991 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-1-1 - APPROVING <br />DECEMBER 26, 1990 COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, LaVallf <br />Nays (0), <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />THE MINUTES OF THE <br />AS CORRECTED <br />seconded by Scalze. <br />~, Hanson, Collova. <br />ANNOUNCE- Scalze welcomed Mayor Hanson indicating that the <br />MENTS Council was happy to have Hanson back on board. <br />Hanson felt that the citizens of Little Canada were <br />well represented by its elected officials, and pointed <br />out that the Council has its work cut out for it during <br />1991 and will work hard to control costs. <br />Blesener felt the toughest thing that faced the Council <br />in the upcoming year would be addressing possible cuts <br />the State Legislature might make in Local Government <br />Aids due to the State's budget situation. <br />PROPERTY Mr. Thomas Theis a <br />DIVISION an extension of thepapprovalfofetheedivision of~hesting <br />EXTENSION property at 644 East County Road D. Theis reported <br />THEIS that he had not applied for the extension earlier since <br />he was unsure of the timing of repair of a sewer line <br />in the area, which was precluding the sale of his lot. <br />Council noted that the property division had been <br />approved by the City Council on two previous occasions, <br />and approvals had lapsed since the division was not <br />recorded within the necessary timeframe. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-1-2 - APPROVING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION <br />FOR THE FILING AND RECORDING OF THE THOMAS THEIS <br />PROPERTY DIVISION FOR THE PROPERTY AT 644 EAST COUNTY <br />ROAD D SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED MARCH 16, 1990 <br />Page 2 <br />
