MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 23, 1991 <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-1-34 - APPROVING CHANGE-ORDERS FOR <br />THE CITY CENTER EXPANSION PROJECT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Administrator reported that the completion date for <br />the City Center addition is projected as mid to late <br />February. Occupancy for the new Fire Station is <br />projected at mid-March. <br />The Administrator reported that in reviewing the plans <br />for remodeling of the existing City Center space, he is <br />recommending that rather than create two very large <br />offices from three existing offices, the three offices <br />be retained. This should result in a substantial <br />decrease in remodeling costs as well as provide for an <br />extra o£fice. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-1-35 - APPROVING THE REVISED CITY <br />CENTER OFFICE LAY-OUT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Aanson, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />STACY URBAN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />MATERNITY moved its adoption: <br />T,EAVE <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-1-36 - APPROVING MATERNITY LEAVE FOR <br />STACY URBAN FROM MONDAY, JANUARY 28TA, THROUGH FRIDAY, <br />APRIL 26TI-I <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Aanson, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (o). <br />Resolution declared adopted <br />Page 12 <br />
