MINUTES CITY COUNCIL February 27, 1991 Blesener, Collova, and LaValle supported returning the two license to the Legislature. The City Attorney again pointed out option of restricting the number of liquor licenses under City Code. Scalze, Collova, and Blesener supported Class A and B on-sale liquor licenses. Blesener suggested that some of the standards for a Class A license could be a $750,000 building valuation and a 40/60 percent split between liquor and food. Council agreed. RECESS At this point in the meeting, 9:20 P.M., Council took short recess. The meeting was reconvened at 9:25 P.M. TEMPORARY Scalze pointed out the letter received from Steve LIQUOR Morelan of the Recreation Association regarding LICENSES temporary liquor licenses and suggested that the City Attorney review Morelan's concerns and be prepared to address them at the March 13th Council meeting. Action on the proposed Liquor Ordinance is scheduled for the March 13th Council meeting. PARKING The City Administrator reported that the County has RESTRICTIONS requested that the City adopt parking restrictions on COUNTY County Road B relating to street reconstruction. ROAD B Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-2-74 - REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO RESTRICT PARKING ALONG A PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD B The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Scalze. Nays (o). Resolution declared adopted. CITY CENTER The City Administrator reviewed change-orders in & FIRE connection with the City Center and Fire Station STATION projects. For the City Center these included a drop-ceiling in the open office area, relocation of a ceramic tile wall, additional conduit and transformers with mounting brackets for Cable TV, revised design layout of interior plan of existing offices, furnish and install additional vestibule heater.
