MINUTES CITY COUNCIL February 27, 1991 electrical interlock hook-up of remote burner units and furnish and install cord reels. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-2-75 - APPROVING CHANGE-ORDERS N0. 11, AND 12 FOR THE FIRE STATION AND N0. 9, 11, 12, 16, AND 17 FOR THE CITY CENTER PROJECT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. HAZMAT The City Administrator reported that the only change in CoNTRACT the Hazmat Contract that the City has with the City of St. Paul is the fee. The cost of contract is increasing from $1,110 to $1,199.50. The Administrator reported that both he and the Fire Chief recommend approval. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 91-2-76 - APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO TI-I~ CITY'S HAZMAT CONTRACT WITA THE CITY OF ST. PAUL INCREASING THE ANNUAL FEE TO $1,199.50 BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR AND THE FIRE CHIEF The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. BACHMEIER The City Administrator reported that the Bachmeier PROJECT Corporation is trying to finalize financing for the project they are proposing on the Grieman property. Once financing is finalized, negotiations will continue on the project. PURCHASE OF The Council reviewed the memo from Public Works MOWER Superintendent dated February 27, 1991 regarding purchase of a rotary mower for park maintenance. Three quotations were received, and Public Works is recommending that the bid of McQueen Equipment be awarded since the low bid from Polfus Implement did not meet all of the City's specifications.
