MINUTES CITY COUNCIL March 27, 1991 money as quickly as possible and get the next phase to occur in that area. Malsam asked if the City determines it can buy him out, if he would have to wait until Phases II and III are completed. The City Administrator replied that it will depend on the numbers. If the numbers work, there is financing in place for the two buildings as well as building permits pulled, there would be reasonable certainty that the projects would proceed and the City would have a reasonable comfort level to allow us to proceed with a buy-out. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-3-110 - TABLING ACTION ON THE PUD APPLICATION FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2825 COUNTRY DRIVE TO GIVE CITY STAFF THE OPPORTUNITY TO PROJECT TAX INCREMENT FINANCING FIGURES FOR THE PHASE I, II, AND III PROJECTS TO DETERMINE THE FEASIBILITY OF A CITY BUY-OUT OF THE PROPERTY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. RECESS At this point in the meeting, 9:10 P.M., Council took a short recess. The meeting was reconvened at 9:25 P.M. FINAL PLAT Mr. Tom Krejci appeared before the Council requesting GERVIAS approval of the final plat of the Gervais Creek Office CREEK OFFICE Building. Krejci reported that the final plat was previously approved by the Council in the early 198o's. However, at that time the School District held a contract-for-deed on the property, and would not allow the final plat to be filed and recorded until that contract was satisfied. Mr. Krejci reported that the contract has since been satisfied and City staff has indicated that a reapproval is necessary due to the time lapse involved. Mr. Krejci reported that the final plat has not been changed from what was previously approved by the Council. Mr. Blesener introduced the following Page 14
