MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />March 27, 1991 <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resoltuion and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-3-115 - DESIGNATING SPRINGSTED AS THE <br />CITY'S FISCAL ADVISOR, WITH BRAD FARNHAM AS THE CITY'S <br />ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE, BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF <br />THE COMMITTEE AS WELL AS THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />WORKERS' The City Administrator <br />COMPENSATION 21st regarding renewal <br />Compensation insurance <br />Minnesota Cities' Insu <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced <br />moved its adoption: <br />reviewed his report dated March <br />of the City's Workers' <br />coverage with the League of <br />rance Trust. <br />the following resolution and <br />RE50LUTION N0. 91-3-116 - APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE <br />CITY'S WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE COVERAGE WITH <br />THE LEAGUE OF MINNESOTA CITIES' INSURANCE TRUST AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />CITY CENTER Scalze reported that a committee was to have met to <br />FURNITURE choose colors for Council Chamber furnishings. <br />Committee members were not able to meet at the same <br />time, therefore, a consensus was not reached. <br />Council discussed colors the consensus was to go with <br />grey for Council and public seating in the Council <br />Chambers. <br />Collova did not feel the Council chairs should be <br />reupholstered at all. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-3-117 - APPROVING THE COLOR GREY FOR <br />REUPHOLSTERING COUNCIL CHAIRS AND PUBLIC SEATING IN THE <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />Page 19 <br />
