MINUTES CITY COUNCIL APRIL 10, 1991 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. NO PARKING The City Administrator reviewed his report dated April ON NADEAU 5th requesting authorization to post no parking on RD. & CONDIT Nadeau Road due to parking problems that are occurring. The Administrator also requested that Public Works be authorized to post portions of Condit Street no parking should problems occur during construction of Kandice Heights Phases II and III. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-4-134 - AUTHORIZING PUBLIC WORKS TO POST NADEAU ROAD AS NO PARKING AS WELL AS GRANTING THE AUTHORITY TO POST PORTIONS OF CONDIT NO PARKING TO ACCOMMODATE THE KANDICE HEIGHTS CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Hanson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. RIDER TO The City Administrator presented the Council with WATER DEPT. the Seventeenth Rider to the agreement the City has AGREEMENT with the St. Paul Water Department. Approval of this rider is necessary to allow construction of watermain in the Water Department's right-of-way to serve the Mid Oaks Development. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-4-135 - APPROVING THE SEVENTEENTH RIDER TO THE ST. PAUL WATER DEPARTMENT CONTRACT AS SUBMITTED AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF TxE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle.
