MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 10, 1991 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. <br />Nays (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />NO PARKING The City Administrator reviewed his report dated April <br />ON NADEAU 5th requesting authorization to post no parking on <br />RD. & CONDIT Nadeau Road due to parking problems that are occurring. <br />The Administrator also requested that Public Works be <br />authorized to post portions of Condit Street no parking <br />should problems occur during construction of Kandice <br />Heights Phases II and III. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-4-134 - AUTHORIZING PUBLIC WORKS TO <br />POST NADEAU ROAD AS NO PARKING AS WELL AS GRANTING THE <br />AUTHORITY TO POST PORTIONS OF CONDIT NO PARKING TO <br />ACCOMMODATE THE KANDICE HEIGHTS CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />RIDER TO The City Administrator presented the Council with <br />WATER DEPT. the Seventeenth Rider to the agreement the City has <br />AGREEMENT with the St. Paul Water Department. Approval of this <br />rider is necessary to allow construction of watermain <br />in the Water Department's right-of-way to serve the Mid <br />Oaks Development. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-4-135 - APPROVING THE SEVENTEENTH <br />RIDER TO THE ST. PAUL WATER DEPARTMENT CONTRACT AS <br />SUBMITTED AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF TxE <br />CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />RECESS At this point in the meetinq, 9:21 P.M., Council took a <br />short recess.
