MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 24, 1991 <br />could proceed. <br />LaValle stated that he would like to see an entire <br />package proposed that would include extension of the <br />trail further north as well as some development of a <br />small park area alongside the trail. <br />The Administrator pointed out that the Council has <br />authorized the project for bid, and anticipated that <br />the entire proposal would be returned for Council <br />consideration at the time the bids are received. <br />LaValle reported that he has changed his position on <br />the improvement of the trail due to the overwhelming <br />demand that has been expressed for this improvement. <br />LaValle suggested that extension of the trail further <br />north to the wetlands area be bid as an alternate. <br />A resident asked if the City would provide access to <br />the trail over the creek. <br />Blesener replied that such access would eventually be <br />provided. <br />Mary Ann O'Kane reported that Don Gagne informed her <br />that there is an easement on the end of his street that <br />would be a good place to put a bridge to access the <br />trail. <br />Collova pointed out that there had been a proposal to <br />vacate that road right-of-way and asked staff to verify <br />whether or not the right-of-way still existed. <br />LIQUOR The City Attorney submitted to the Council the proposed <br />ORDINANCE Liquor Ordinance which had been revised pursuant to <br />discussions at the last Council meeting. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 345 - AMENDING THE LIQUOR AND BEER <br />ORDINANCE <br />The foreqoing ordinance was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Scalze, Aanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Ordinance declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced <br />moved its adoption: <br />Page <br />the following resolution and <br />9 <br />
