MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 22, 1991 <br />Brueggemann stated that he would correct the fencing <br />and landscaping situation. Brueggemann reported that <br />he would have this situation corrected within 30 days. <br />Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by LaValle, the <br />public hearing was closed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-5-171 - APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR NORTHEAST CONTEMPORARY SERVICES AS PER THEIR <br />CURRENT LICENSE WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF AUMAN SERVICES <br />TO ALLOW A REHABILITATION CENTER PROVIDING JOB TRAINING <br />FOR DISADVANTAGED AND/OR HANDICAPPED ADULTS AS A TENANT <br />IN THE KANDICE HEIGHTS PHASE III BUILDING WITH THE <br />STIPULATION TxAT THE CUP WOULD CEASE TO BE EFFECTIVE IF <br />NORTHEAST CONTEMPORARY SERVICES VACATES THE BUILDING, <br />AND WITH THE FURTHER STIPULATION THAT FENCING, <br />LANDSCAPING AND SPRINKLER SYSTEM BE COMPLETED AS AGREED <br />TO FOR THE PHASE I BUILDING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Blesener requested that the Building Inspector follow <br />up on his letter to M& T Welding. <br />The City Planner requested that Loren Brueggemann <br />submit to the Building Inspector a copy of the <br />landscape plan that was agreed to with the Burke Lane <br />neighborhood. <br />The City Administrator requested the Burke Lane <br />neighborhood keep City staff informed of any problems <br />or concerns that they might have. The Administrator <br />again pointed out that staff was not aware of the <br />neighborhood's concerns. <br />PRELIMINARY There was no one present representing the <br />PLAT - application for preliminary plat for Yorkton Ridge <br />YORKTON West. <br />RIDGE WEST <br />Scalze reviewed the Park Commission's recommendation <br />regarding the Yorkton Ridge West Plat. The <br />recommendation includes park dedication that was to <br />have been given to the City as part of the Yorkton <br />Industrial Park plat should now be deeded to the City <br />in addition to a$40o park charge per residential lot. <br />Page 8 <br />
