MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 26, 1991 platted in outlots for future development. DeBace reported that the final plat has been submitted to the County, and it appears to be in order. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-6-208 - APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR COSTA ESTATES SUBJECT TO TITLE VERIFICATION BY THE CITY ATTORNEY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Scalze asked when the developer anticipated the development of the next two phases. DeBace anticipated that they would request final plat approval of Phase II within the next month. That phase may involve the property along Vanderbie. Phase III may proceed within the next year or so. Blesener suggested that before Phase II is presented for final plat, the property owners work with the City Administrator and City Engineer since there will be the issues of sewer and water that will need to be addressed in conjunction with the plat. GAMBLING The Little Canada Fire Department submitted LICENSE applications for renewal of their premise permits at RENEWALS Hoggsbreath and Little Canada Bingo Hall. Council FIRE DEPT. reviewed the applications and found them to be in order. Satisfactory sheriff's reports have been received. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-6-209 - APPROVING THE FOLLOWING PREMISE PERMITS FOR THE LITTLE CANADA FIRE DEPARTMENT: CLASS A LICENSE AT THE LITTLE CANADA BINGO HALL FOR THE LICENSE PERIOD AUGUST 1, 1991 THROUGH JULY 31, 1992~ CLASS B LICENSE AT HOGGSBREATH FOR THE LICENSE PERIOD DECEMBER 1, 1991 THROUGH NOVEMBER 30, 1992 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, Blesener. Nays (o). Resolution declared adopted. Page 12
