The Administrator suggested that he
clarify this with Mr. Howe, and reported that this
provision can be made a part of the City's development
agreement with Mr. Howe. If Mr. Howe indicates that he
is unwilling to pick up the costs associated with a
vacation, the Administrator reported that he would
inform the property owners.
AMENDMENT TO The City Administrator submitted for Council approval
JOINT POWERS an amendment to Joint Powers Agreement with the City
AGREEMENT of Maplewood which addresses maintenance and repair of
watermains in connection with the Schroeder Milk
connection to Little Canada's system.
Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 91-6-218 - APPROVING TAE AMENDMENT TO
JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD FOR
SEWER AND WATERMAIN SUBJECT TO THE CITY ATTORNEY'S
REVIEW AND APPROVAL
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze.
Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, LaValle.
Nays (0).
Resolution declared adopted.
Page 20
