MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JULY 24, 1991 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (3) Blesener, Scalze, Collova. Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. NADEAU Scalze pointed out that the Park Commission has WILDLIFE received a petition from property owners supporting PARK development of a play structure in Nadeau Wildlife Park as well as a walking path along Jackson Street and Old County Road C for access to the park. The Park Commission held a public meeting on the play structure issue, and the Park Consultant will be finalizing plans for that structure. VoUCHERS Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-7-248 - APPROVING THE VOUCHERS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Collova. Ayes (3) Blesener, Collova, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. oUTD00R Gordies has requested approval of an outdoor volleyball VOLLEYBALL tournament on August 3, 1991. There will be outdoor TOURNAMENT sale and consumption of liquor on the premises. Gordies does not anticipate a parking problem due to the limited numbers of people who will be attending. The tournament is similar to one held at Gordies earlier this year. Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-7-249 - APPROVING THE REQUEST OF GORDIES FOR AN OUTDOOR VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT TO BE HELD ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 3, 1991 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. SENIOR The City Planner reported that the Senior Aousing HOUSING Committee has been meeting for the last few months on the issue of an additional senior housing project for Little Canada.
