MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 11, 1991 <br />KUSH LoT The City Administrator reported that the City is close <br />SPLIT to completing negotiations for extension of Leeward Way <br />EXTENSION as a public improvement, and recommended that the Kush <br />lot split approval be extended for an additional six <br />months. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-9-308 - APPROVING A SIX-MONTH <br />EXTENSION OF THE KUSH LOT SPLIT APPROVAL FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 3033 ARCADE STREET <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />ST. JOHN'S Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />CAURCH moved its adoption: <br />TEMPORARY <br />LIQUOR RESOLUTION NO. 91-9-309 - APPROVING A TEMPORARY LIQUOR <br />LICENSE LICENSE FOR ST. JOHN'S CHURCH FOR THEIR FALL FESTIVAL <br />TO BE HELD ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 1991 AND WAIVING <br />THE $40 LICENSE FEE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Hanson, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PAWN SHOP The City Attorney reported that the Sheriff's <br />LICENSE Department is still in the process of completing their <br />investigation with regards to application for a pawn <br />shop license submitted by Lincoln Pawn & Jewelry. The <br />Attorney suggested that the matter be tabled for two <br />weeks pendinq completion of the investigation. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-9-310 - CONTINUING TO TABLE ACTION ON <br />THE APPLICATION FOR PAWN BROKERS LICENSE AND SECOND <br />HAND GOODS DEALERS LICENSE SUBMITTED BY LINCOLN PAWN & <br />JEWELRY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Page 4 <br />
