MINUTES CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 11, 1991 KUSH LoT The City Administrator reported that the City is close SPLIT to completing negotiations for extension of Leeward Way EXTENSION as a public improvement, and recommended that the Kush lot split approval be extended for an additional six months. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-9-308 - APPROVING A SIX-MONTH EXTENSION OF THE KUSH LOT SPLIT APPROVAL FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3033 ARCADE STREET The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Collova, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. ST. JOHN'S Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and CAURCH moved its adoption: TEMPORARY LIQUOR RESOLUTION NO. 91-9-309 - APPROVING A TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE LICENSE FOR ST. JOHN'S CHURCH FOR THEIR FALL FESTIVAL TO BE HELD ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 1991 AND WAIVING THE $40 LICENSE FEE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Hanson, Collova, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. PAWN SHOP The City Attorney reported that the Sheriff's LICENSE Department is still in the process of completing their investigation with regards to application for a pawn shop license submitted by Lincoln Pawn & Jewelry. The Attorney suggested that the matter be tabled for two weeks pendinq completion of the investigation. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 91-9-310 - CONTINUING TO TABLE ACTION ON THE APPLICATION FOR PAWN BROKERS LICENSE AND SECOND HAND GOODS DEALERS LICENSE SUBMITTED BY LINCOLN PAWN & JEWELRY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle.
