MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 11, 1991 <br />LEEWARD WAY The City Administrator reviewed the change-order to <br />CHANGE-ORDER the City's contract with Volk Construction pointing out <br />that it covers the extension of Leeward Way. The <br />Administrator recommended that execution of the change <br />order be subject to Mr. Kush entering into a <br />development agreement with the City. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-9-311 - APPROVING THE CHANGE-ORDER <br />WITH VOLK CONSTRUCTION FOR EXTENSION OF LEEWARD WAY <br />SUBJECT TO MR. KUSA ENTERING INTO A DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Collova, Hanson, Blesener, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />VENDOR'S Kristin <br />LICENSE before <br />UNION 76 license <br />opening <br />license <br />parking <br />Johnson, representing Uno-Ven Company, appeared <br />~he Council requesting a temporary vendor's <br />for Union 76. Union 76 will be holding a grand <br />on September 12-14, 1991, and would like the <br />in order to sell pop and hot dogs in their <br />lot. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-9-312 - APPROVING A TEMPORARY <br />VENDOR'S LICENSE FOR THE UNION 76 GRAND OPENING <br />CELEBRATION TO BE HELD SEPTEMBER 12-14, 1991 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Hanson, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />CURFEW Council reviewed the report regarding curfews <br />ORDINANCE established by surrounding cities, as well as report <br />from the Ramsey County Sheriff~s Department. It was <br />noted that currently Little Canada and Vadnais Heights <br />are the only cities contracting with the Sheriff's <br />Department which have a l0 P.M. curfew for minors under <br />the age of 18. Other cities have established curfews <br />of 10 P.M. for minors under the age of 16 and Midnight <br />for minors aged 16 and 17. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />Page 5 <br />
