MINUTES CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 11, 1991 ASSESSMENT Council reviewed the assessment reapportionment for the REAPPORTION- Dave Frattalone property. The assessment is necessary MENT due to a change in parcel identification numbers. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-9-315 - APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT FOR THE DAVID FRATTALONE PROPERTY IN THE CENTERVILLE ROAD AREA AS PROPOSED BY RAMSEY COUNTY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Collova, Hanson, Blesener. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. FREDERICKS- The City Attorney reviewed the proposed development HAVEN agreement for the Frederickshaven plat. The City DEVELOPMENT Attorney recommended approval of the agreement. The Attorney also anticipated execution of the agreement by the developers although their attorney has some minor questions regarding the agreement. Blesener asked if the concerns of the property owners on the cul-de-sac had been addressed. The City Administrator replied that those concerns have been addressed in the development agreement, and the Administrator reviewed those provisions with the Council. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-9-316 - APPROVING THE FREDRICKSHAVEN DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Hanson, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. LEEWARD WAY The City Administrator recommended that the Leeward DEVELOPMENT Way Development Agreement matter be postponed at this AGREEMENT time. GOAL SETTING The City Administrator reported that he has contacted SE5SION Don Salverda about conducting a goal setting session Page 7
