MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 25, 1991 <br />Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by Scalze, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-9-326 - APPROVING TAE CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR AMOCO OIL COMPANY FOR RELOCATION OF REFINED <br />PRODUCTS PIPELINE APPROXIMATELY 35 FEET AWAY FROM <br />RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED <br />SEPTEMBER 9, 1991 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />APPEAL It was noted that the Planning Commission has tabled <br />JIM MARSHALL action on the application for appeal of denial of <br />34 LITTLE conditional use permit and variance to allow <br />CANADA RD. improvement of non-conforming single-family structure <br />at 34 Little Canada Road. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-9-327 - TABLING ACTION AND CONTINUING <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE APPLICATION FOR APPEAL OF <br />COUNCIL ACTION SUBMITTED BY JIM MARSHALL PENDING A <br />RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Hanson, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />It was noted that at 6:30 P.M. on October 10th, just <br />prior to their regular meeting, the Planning Commission <br />will hold a workshop to discuss long-range planning for <br />the Little Canada Road area. Planning Commission <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais requested that the Council <br />Members also give thought to long-range plans for this <br />area. <br />FLOOD PLAIN The Mayor opened the public hearing to consider an <br />ORDINANCE amendment to the City's Flood Plain Ordinance. <br />The City Planner noted that the amendment does not <br />change the way the City administers the ordinance, <br />Page 3 <br />
